SHOWROOM AND PRODUCTION FACILITY
HOURS
Elegantly Handled’s Gallery Showroom and Production
Facility is located at 881 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40511, near Lexmark. Our
showroom hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Normal
business production hours are from 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. Extended Hours are
offered during the Holidays for both the Showroom and Production Facility.
ORDERING
To avoid disappointment order early. Basket Orders Placed
for Local Delivery by 10:00 a.m. will be delivered the same day. Any orders
placed after 10:00 a.m. will be delivered the next business day, unless a future
delivery date is arranged. Same day delivery is available after 10:00 a.m.;
however, a rush delivery fee may be incurred.
Each basket is hand-made to your order and supplies can be
limited. We reserve the right to make necessary substitutions of equal or
greater value. Prices are subject to change. Warm weather may prohibit the
mailing of chocolates and sugar-free candy in certain months.

For fast, friendly service please call (859) 219-1818, Monday – Friday 9:30 A.M. to
6:00 P.M. Extended holiday hours are available. Our lines get busy so please leave
a voice mail message so that we can promptly return your call to service your
request.
By Fax
Send all fax orders to 859-233-4447, 24 hours a day. Your order will be
confirmed within 24 hours. To avoid duplication of orders, please only FAX your
order to us once. Each order received will be considered a new and separate
order.
OUR SPECIAL COURTESY
We feel it is important that you know exactly what we sent
on your behalf. Upon request, we offer a special courtesy of providing our
customers with a digital photograph of their purchase. Please note we can only
offer this courtesy through e-mail communication. Please allow up to 48 hours
after fulfilling an order to accommodate this request.
PAYMENT
Personal Orders:
Personal Orders require payment by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and
American Express cards or prepayment with a check. (Please allow 10 business
days to process checks) Corporate accounts are available based on an approved
credit application.
Corporate Accounts:
Any company may establish a corporate account with Elegantly Handled for the
sole purpose of placing orders on behalf of his/her organization. An account may
be established after completing a credit application and we do request a valid
credit card name, number and address be kept on file. Invoices go out within
three business days after the order is placed. If payment is not received within 30
business days of the date of the invoice, the amount will be placed on the
credit card.
Substitutions
We constantly shop gift shows for the most current trends in food products and
make changes to our inventory. We reserve the right to substitute an item with
one of equal or greater value, due to unavailability or any other reason.
